Section 2602.154 - Enforcement of Fee(a) After notice and opportunity for hearing, the commissioner may suspend or revoke the certificate of authority or license to engage in business in this state of a title insurance company or agent that does not comply with this subchapter.(b) The commissioner shall adopt rules that implement the program created under this subchapter.Tex.
