Section 2211.202 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the Texas Public Finance Authority.(2) "Bond" means a debt instrument or other public security issued by the Texas Public Finance Authority.(3) "Public security resolution" means the resolution or order authorizing public securities to be issued under this subchapter.
