Section 2210.054 - Annual Statement(a) The association shall file annually with the department and the state auditor's office a statement covering periods designated by the department that summarizes the transactions, conditions, operations, and affairs of the association during the preceding year.(b) The statement must: (1) be filed at times designated by the department;(2) contain the information prescribed by the department; and(3) be in the form prescribed by the department.Tex.
