Section 2205.155 - Officers; Meetings(a) The board shall elect from the board's membership a presiding officer and other officers as provided by the plan of operation.(b) Each officer serves a one-year term that expires as provided by the plan of operation.(c) The board shall meet at the call of the presiding officer and at times established by the board's rules.Tex.
