Section 2205.151 - Governance of Pool(a) The pool is governed by a board of trustees composed of nine members selected as provided by the plan of operation.(b) Not later than the 15th day after the date the department approves the plan of operation, the initial regular board must be selected as provided by the plan of operation. The members of the initial regular board shall take office not later than the 30th day after the date the plan of operation is adopted.Tex. Ins. Code § 2205.151
