Section 2202.207 - Additional Sanctions; Injunction

(a) An association that violates this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter is subject to sanctions under Chapter 82.

(b) The attorney general, a district or county attorney, or the commissioner may institute proceedings for an injunction or any other proceeding necessary to enforce this chapter.
