Section 122.0058 - Application of Open Meetings Law, Open Records Law, and Administrative Procedure Law to Advisory Committee

The advisory committee established under Section 122.0057 is subject to the requirements of the open meetings law, Chapter 551, Government Code, the open records law, Chapter 552, Government Code, and Chapter 2001, Government Code.
