Section 753.002 - Mobile Service Units(a) The board shall adopt rules for the safe movement and operation of mobile service units and the safe dispensing of flammable liquids by mobile service units.(b) A municipality may require a license for the operation of each mobile service unit in the municipality and may charge a reasonable license fee.
