Tex. Health & Safety Code § 464.031

Section 464.031 - Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1) "Alcoholism program or center" means a public or private alcoholism prevention, intervention, treatment, or rehabilitation program or center.

(2) "Department" means the Department of State Health Services.
