Section 433.007 - Construction With Other Law(a) This chapter prevails over any other law, including Chapter 431 (Texas Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act), to the extent of any conflict.(b) This chapter applies to a person, establishment, animal, or article regulated under the Federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C.
