Section 432.014 - Reinstatement of License(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date of the denial or emergency suspension, a person whose license application has been denied or whose license has been placed under an emergency suspension may request a reinspection for the purpose of granting or reinstating the license.(b) The department shall perform the reinspection not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of a written request for reinspection from the applicant or license holder.Tex.
