Section 386.108 - Infrastructure Projects(a) The commission shall provide funding under Section 386.252(a) for infrastructure projects.(b) To implement the requirement of Subsection (a), the commission shall: (1) solicit applications for a balanced mix of projects involving fueling and electrification infrastructure that is linked to motor vehicle and on-road and non-road diesel projects and consistent with program goals;(2) coordinate infrastructure projects with motor vehicle and on-road and non-road diesel projects representing a broad range of fuels, technologies, and applications as appropriate and consistent with the goals of this chapter;(3) adopt guidelines and criteria for infrastructure projects to be funded under the program; and(4) oversee, monitor, and evaluate the use of grants awarded under this program and report on the effectiveness of this grant program in relation to the purposes and goals of this chapter.Tex.
