Section 382.022 - Investigations The executive director may make or require the making of investigations:
(1) that the executive director considers advisable in administering this chapter and the commission's rules, orders, and determinations, including investigations of violations and general air pollution problems or conditions; or(2) as requested or directed by the commission.Tex.
