Section 382.0171 - Alternative Fuels and Select-Use Technologies(a) In adopting rules, the commission shall encourage and may allow the use of natural gas and other alternative fuels, as well as select-use technologies, that will reduce emissions.(b) Any orders or determinations made under this section must be consistent with Section 382.024.Tex.
