Section 364.0341 - Solid Waste Disposal Services in Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of Certain Municipalities(a) This section applies only to a municipality wholly or partly located in a county with a population of more than 57,000 and less than 57,900 . (b) Notwithstanding Sections 364.011(a) and 364.034(a), a county may offer, require the use of, and charge a fee for solid waste disposal services in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality.(c) A municipality may not provide solid waste disposal services or charge a fee for those services in the municipality's extraterritorial jurisdiction if the county provides those services under Subsection (b).Tex.
