Section 363.094 - Municipal Solid Waste Resource Recovery Applied Research and Technical Assistance Fund(a) The municipal solid waste resource recovery applied research and technical assistance fund is in the state treasury.(b) The technical assistance fund is composed of legislative appropriations.(c) The technical assistance fund shall be used to: (1) accomplish applied research and development studies; and(2) provide technical assistance to public agencies to carry out investigations and to make studies relating to resource recovery and improved municipal solid waste management.(d) The executive director shall administer the technical assistance fund under the commission's direction.Tex.
