Section 361.160 - License Amendment(a) A county may, for good cause, after hearing with notice to the license holder and to the commission, amend a license it issues for reasons concerning: (2) air or water pollution;(4) a violation of this chapter or of other applicable laws or rules controlling the processing, storage, or disposal of solid waste.(b) For similar reasons, the commission may for good cause amend a license issued by a county, after hearing with notice to:(1) the license holder; and(2) the county that issued the license.Tex.
