Section 361.156 - Separate License for Each Facility(a) A county shall issue a separate license for each solid waste facility.(b) A license under this subchapter may be issued only to the person in whose name the application is made and only for the facility described in the license.(c) A license may not be transferred without prior notice to and approval by the county that issued it.Tex.
