Section 311.032 - Department Administration of Hospital Reporting and Collection System(a) The department shall establish a uniform reporting and collection system for hospital financial and utilization data.(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt necessary rules consistent with this subchapter to govern the reporting and collection of data.Tex.
