Section 298E.102 - Depository(a) If the board of a district requires a mandatory payment authorized under this chapter, the board shall designate one or more banks as a depository for the district's local provider participation fund.(b) All funds collected by a district under this chapter shall be secured in the manner provided for securing other funds of the district.Tex.
