Tex. Health & Safety Code § 292D.002

Section 292D.002 - [Effective 9/1/2025] Applicability

This chapter applies only to a county that:

(1) is not served by a hospital district;

(2) has a population of more than 250,000; and

(3) borders the Neches River.
