Tex. Health & Safety Code § 292C.002

Section 292C.002 - Applicability

This chapter applies only to a county that:

(1) contains a hospital district that is not countywide;

(2) has a population of more than 125,000 but less than 135,000; and

(3) borders Oklahoma.
