Section 290.104 - Rules and Procedures(a) The commission may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including rules relating to the administration of a tax authorized by this chapter.(b) In order to implement the requirements of Sections 290.102 and 290.103, the commission shall adopt any necessary procedures.
