Section 285.023 - Authority to Issue Revenue Bonds; Security(a) The commissioners court may issue revenue bonds on behalf of the hospital district to pay the costs to construct, enlarge, furnish, or equip the parking station.(b) The bonds must be payable from and secured by a pledge of:(1) the net revenues derived from the operation of the parking station; and(2) other revenues resulting from the ownership of the parking station properties, including receipts from leasing all or part of the parking station.(c) The bonds must be authorized by an order adopted by a majority vote of a quorum of the commissioners court on behalf of the hospital district.
