Section 285.006 - Security; Default of Repayment(a) An advance under a revenue anticipation agreement is secured by and payable from: (1) a pledge of and lien on district revenue from the operation and maintenance of its hospital facilities; or(2) tax revenues, when collected, imposed for the purpose of operating and maintaining the district's facilities for the year during which the advances are made.(b) If the district fails to repay any advanced amount when due under an agreement or under this subchapter, an application for a writ of mandamus or other action may be filed in a district court to enforce the agreement and repayment as required by this subchapter.Tex.
