Section 283.105 - Approval and Registration of Bonds(a) District bonds must be approved by the attorney general and registered by the comptroller subject to the same requirements for approval and registration of bonds issued by the county.(b) The attorney general's approval of district bonds has the same effect as that approval for other bonds issued by the county.Tex.
