Section 282.075 - Bond Record Book(a) Before issuing the bonds, the commissioners court shall provide to the county clerk a well-bound book in which the clerk shall record all bonds issued, including the following information:(1) the bond numbers, amount, rate of interest, and date of issue;(2) the date when the bonds are due;(3) the place where the bonds are payable;(4) the amount received for each bond;(5) the annual assessment made to pay bond interest and to provide a sinking fund to pay the bonds; and(6) the payment made of each bond.(b) The record book must be open for inspection at all times by a taxpayer of the district or a bondholder.Tex.
