Section 281.092 - Administrator's Report(a) As soon as practicable after the close of the fiscal year, the administrator shall make a report to the board, commissioners court, executive commissioner, and comptroller.(b) The report must: (1) consist of a sworn statement of all money and choses in action received by the administrator and their disposition; and(2) show in detail the operations of the district for the fiscal year.Tex.
