Section 265.031 - Creation of Board(a) The commissioners court of a county and the governing body of a municipality located in whole or in part in that county may adopt resolutions creating a joint county-municipal hospital board, without taxing power, designated the "____________ County-Municipality of ____________, Texas, Hospital Board."(b) A board created under this section is a public agency and body politic.Tex.
