Section 263.071 - Appointment of Superintendent(a) The board of managers shall appoint a superintendent of the hospital who holds office at the pleasure of the board.(b) The superintendent may not be a member of the board of managers and must be a qualified practitioner of medicine or be specially trained for the work of a superintendent.
