Section 248A.206 - Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly establishes or operates a center without the appropriate license issued under this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.(c) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
