Section 242.152 - Physician Services for Residents Younger Than 18 Years of Age(a) An institution shall use appropriate pediatric consultative services for a resident younger than 18 years of age, in accordance with the resident's assessment and comprehensive plan of care.(b) A pediatrician or other physician with training or expertise in the clinical care of children with complex medical needs shall participate in all aspects of the resident's medical care.Tex.
