Section 241.057 - Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person establishes, conducts, manages, or operates a hospital without a license.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $200 for each subsequent offense.(c) Each day of a continuing violation constitutes a separate offense.Tex.
