(a) The secretary of state shall charge and collect fees for: (1) filing articles of incorporation and issuing two certificates of incorporation;(2) filing articles of amendment and issuing two certificates of amendment;(3) filing a statement of change of address of registered office or change of registered agent, or both;(4) filing restated articles of incorporation and issuing two restated articles of incorporation; and(5) filing articles of dissolution.(b) The fees are in the amounts charged by the secretary of state for the respective filings and issuances under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (Article 1396-1.01 et seq., Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes).Tex.
