Section 98.1047 - Studies on Long-Term Care Facility Reporting of Adverse Health Conditions(a) The department shall study which adverse health conditions commonly occur in long-term care facilities and, of those health conditions, which are potentially preventable.(b) The department shall develop recommendations for reporting adverse health conditions identified under Subsection (a).Tex.
