Section 81.068 - Refusing Entry or Inspection; Criminal Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly refuses or attempts to refuse entry to the department, a health authority, or a peace officer on presentation of a valid search warrant to investigate, inspect, or take samples on premises controlled by the person or by an agent of the person acting on the person's instruction.(b) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly refuses or attempts to refuse inspection under Section 81.064 or entry or access under Section 81.065.(c) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Tex.
