Section 12.094 - Rules Relating to Medical Advisory Board Members(a) The executive commissioner:(1) may adopt rules to govern the activities of the medical advisory board;(2) by rule may establish a reasonable fee to pay a member of the medical advisory board for the member's professional consultation services; and(3) if appropriate, may authorize reimbursement for travel expenses as provided by Section 2110.004, Government Code, for each meeting a member attends.(b) The fee under Subsection (a)(2) may not be less than $75 or more than $150 for each meeting that the member attends.Tex.
