Section 1001.005 - [Effective Until 4/1/2025] References in Law Meaning Commissioner or Designee

In this code or in any other law, a reference to the commissioner in relation to a function described by Section 1001.002(c) means the commissioner. A reference in law to the commissioner in relation to any other function has the meaning assigned by Section 531.0012, Government Code.
