Section 1501.202 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "District property" means water or sewer property owned by a water control and improvement district that a municipality can use as, or use as an improvement or extension of, the water and sewer system of the municipality.(2) "Water board" means a board of trustees or public service board.
