Section 1477.060 - Signatures; Registration By County Treasurer(a) A bond issued under this subchapter must be:(1) signed by the county judge; and(2) attested by the county clerk.(b) The county treasurer shall register a bond issued under this subchapter but is not required to sign the bond.
