Section 830.104 - Withdrawal of Contributions to the Retirement System(a) A person who is a participant in the optional retirement program may withdraw accumulated contributions from the retirement system.(b) An application to withdraw contributions under this section must be in writing and on a form prescribed by the board of trustees.(c) Before the first anniversary of the date an application is received, the retirement system shall pay a withdrawing member the member's accumulated contributions.(d) A person who withdraws contributions under this section relinquishes all accrued rights in the retirement system.(e) Nothing in Section 830.105 precludes the election by a participant to withdraw accumulated contributions under this section.Tex.
