Section 545.0201 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Compliance With Solicitation Prohibitions(a) In this section, "furnish" and "provider" have the meanings assigned by Section 544.0001.(b) A provider who furnishes Medicaid or child health plan program services is subject to Chapter 102, Occupations Code.
