Section 545.0003 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Methods To Address Fraud And Eligibility Error Rate

The commission shall examine cost-effective methods to address:

(1) fraud in assistance programs; and

(2) the error rate in eligibility determination. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.191(c).)
