Section 544.0405 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Household Eligibility For Financial Assistance Not Affected

This subchapter does not affect the eligibility for financial assistance of any other member of the household of an individual who is ineligible as a result of Section 544.0404(b) or (c). (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.114(f).)
