Section 544.0113 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Program Exclusions

The office of inspector general, in consultation with this state's Medicaid fraud control unit, shall establish guidelines under which program exclusions:

(1) may permissively be imposed on a provider; or

(2) shall automatically be imposed on a provider. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.102(g)(7).)
