Section 540.0754 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Evaluation Of Certain Program Services

The external quality review organization shall periodically conduct studies and surveys to assess the quality of care and satisfaction with health care services provided to recipients who are:

(1) enrolled in the STAR+PLUS Medicaid managed care program; and

(2) eligible to receive health care benefits under both Medicaid and the Medicare program. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.0028.)
