Section 540.0268 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Assistance Resolving Recipient And Provider Issues

A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the contracting Medicaid managed care organization to provide ready access to a person who assists:

(1) a recipient in resolving issues relating to enrollment, plan administration, education and training, access to services, and grievance procedures; and

(2) a provider in resolving issues relating to payment, plan administration, education and training, and grievance procedures. (Gov. Code, Secs. 533.005(a)(3), (4).)
