Section 540.0257 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Notice Of Medicaid Certification Date

A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the commission to inform the contracting Medicaid managed care organization, on the date of a recipient's enrollment in a Medicaid managed care plan the organization issues, of the recipient's Medicaid certification date. (Gov. Code, Sec. 533.005(a)(8).)
