Section 526.0359 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Certain Providers Prohibited From Providing Nonemergency Transportation Services

Emergency medical services personnel and emergency medical services vehicles, as those terms are defined by Section 773.003, Health and Safety Code, may not provide nonemergency transportation services under the medical transportation program. (Gov. Code, Sec. 531.02414(i).)
