Section 526.0101 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Definition

In this subchapter, "waiver" means the Texas Healthcare Transformation and Quality Improvement Program waiver issued under Section 1115 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1315) . (New.)
